Description
An extended version of our Medway River Trip, this sailing encompasses more of the upriver Medway’s rich military history.
Departing from Sun Pier, Chatham, sights can include the Historic Dockyard, the Royal Engineers depot, Upnor Castle, Cockham Fort, Gillingham Pier with the Medway Queen paddle steamer and the Napoleonic Forts at Hoo.
Guests are provided with tea and coffee and are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy aboard.
A bar is available on board, selling a range of local beers, wines, spirits and refreshments.
The trip lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
